　　2：发黑剂ph值是影响发黑效果的一个较重要参数，ph值过高，成膜速度慢，甚至不能发黑成膜，ph值过低，则反应速度过快，结合力不好，而且随ph值进一步减低会容积生成的膜层。ph值一般控制在1.5-2.5之间，必要时可用硝酸或氨水调整（使用铜发黑剂调节）

　　4：发黑时间一般3-10min，若时间段，则膜成长不完全，膜层过薄，有花斑：若是发黑时间过长，则表明会过多地为黑色氧化物，多余部分疏松，结合力不好。
